Job DescriptionGoyam International / Artrack is looking for a sincere, responsible, and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our daily online business operations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess orders received from our website, Amazon, Flipkart, and WhatsApp
• Verify customer details, payments, and stock availability
• Generate invoices and shipping labels
• Coordinate packing, dispatch, and courier allocation
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues with courier partners
• Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email
• Update inventory and stock on e-commerce portals
• Maintain accurate order, dispatch, and inventory records
• Coordinate with warehouse, courier companies, and internal team
• Prepare daily operational reports and follow-up on pending orders
• Required SkillsGood computer and internet skills
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce operations
• Good written and spoken English & Hindi
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving attitude
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Customer service orientation
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• PreferredExperience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shiprocket or courier portals
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or operations
• Freshers with excellent computer skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply
