Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist the field sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, contracts, and detailed item-wise quotations/BOQs.
- Order & Inventory Management: Process incoming sales orders accurately, verify pricing, coordinate with the warehouse or logistics, and track delivery dates.
- Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients to answer product inquiries, resolve complaints, and notify clients of any order delays.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate records in the company’s CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and generate weekly sales performance or forecast reports.
- Interdepartmental Liaison: Bridge communication between sales, marketing, finance, and procurement to ensure campaigns and supply chains run seamlessly.
