Smart Connect Advisor (Inside Sales Executive)
Job Title: Smart Connect Advisor – Inside Sales (SME Sales)
Location: Mumbai - Goregaon East.
Department: Sales / Business Development Employment
Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 Years.
About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Smart Connect Advisors to join our Inside Sales team.
The role involves engaging with SMEs through outbound and inbound calls, understanding business requirements, demonstrating Tally solutions, and driving revenue through lead generation, product demonstrations, cross-selling, and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make 100–150 outbound calls daily.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries.
• Recommend suitable Tally solutions.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain CRM.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, and new customer acquisition.
• Follow up with prospects and share payment links.
• Coordinate onboarding and issue resolution.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Candidate Profile Graduate (Mandatory). Preferred: B.Com, BBA, BMS or Commerce Graduate.
Basic understanding of Accounting Principles and Tally ERP/TallyPrime preferred.
Experience 2–5 years in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation, SME Sales, Software/SaaS/Fintech/ERP Sales. Required Skills • Excellent English & Hindi communication. • Regional languages are an advantage. • Strong negotiation and objection handling.
• Product demo experience. • CRM, MS Excel, and computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills. Preferred Background Accounting Software, ERP, SaaS, Fintech, SME Solutions, India MART, Justdial, Software Sales, B2B Product Sales.
Performance Expectations Generate business through customer engagement, achieve approx. ₹1.5 lakh monthly business generation, and meet daily calling, demo, follow-up, and conversion targets.
