Quality Assurance & Auditing: Develop and maintain quality control plans and enforce ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 standards.
VMC & CNC Inspection: Verify first-article and in-process machined components using GD&T and precision measuring instruments (CMM, micrometers, calipers).
Sheet Metal Validation: Inspect pressed, punched, and welded assemblies for structural integrity, burrs, and dimensional accuracy.
Defect & Root Cause Analysis: Lead problem-solving techniques like 8D, 5-Whys, and Fishbone diagrams to resolve production malfunctions.
Documentation & PPAP: Create and verify inspection reports, SOPs, and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents.
Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 7 QC tools to minimize scrap and optimize production processes
