Job Title: Solar Marketing Executive (Incentive-Based)

Job Description:

We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Marketing Executives to generate leads for rooftop solar projects in Chennai and nearby districts.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate genuine leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
  • Meet potential customers and explain the benefits of solar power.
  • Share customer details with our sales team for further follow-up.
  • Build relationships with homeowners, businesses, and other potential clients.

Incentive:

  • Attractive incentive based on the capacity (kW) of each project successfully converted from your lead.
  • Higher project capacity = Higher incentive.
  • No limit on earnings.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Two-wheeler preferred.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Field marketing or sales experience is an added advantage.
