Job Description: Accounts Executive (Female)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Female Accounts Executive to join our team at our Behala- Sarsuna office. The ideal candidate will manage daily accounting tasks, maintain stock inventory, and handle data utilizing Tally and Advanced Excel.

Job Overview

• Position: Accounts Executive
• Gender: Female only
• Location: Behala, Kolkata (Candidates residing in or near Behala, Taratala, Thakurpukur, New Alipore, or Tollygunge will be highly preferred)
• Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (In-hand, based on experience)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and cash flow management.
• Software & Tool Management: Maintain all transactions accurately in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime).
• Stock & Inventory Maintenance: Keep precise track of incoming and outgoing stock, perform physical verification when required, and daily update records.
• Expense Sheet Management: Prepare monthly expense sheets and coordinate approvals.
• Advanced Excel Operations: Create financial reports, trackers, and summaries using Advanced Excel formulas (such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and IF statements).
• Documentation: Maintain systematic filing of invoices, bills, vouchers, and tax documents.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: B.Com graduate or equivalent degree in Commerce/Finance.
• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience as an Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Tally and Advanced Excel.
• Location Preference: Must stay nearby or have an easy commute to Behala to ensure punctuality.
• Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and good communication
