Sales & Marketing Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing paint business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and building strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of strategic thinking, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the paint and coatings market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Expansion & Sales Growth

-Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking.

-Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and volume targets.

-Introduce new product lines, specialty coatings, and innovative solutions to the market.

2. Relationship & Account Management

-For Retail/Dealer Focus: Manage and expand the dealer, distributor, and retailer network. Ensure product availability and optimal shelf space.

-For Project/B2B Focus: Build relationships with architects, interior designers, civil contractors, and builders to get our products specified in upcoming projects.

Provide exceptional after-sales support, resolving customer complaints and technical queries promptly.

3. Market Intelligence & Reporting

-Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.

-Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and customer feedback using CRM software.

-Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for painters, contractors, and dealers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Experience: 1–4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Paint, FMCG, Building Materials, or Construction industries.

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. (A background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is a plus for industrial coatings).
