Role Overview 


We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Front Office Executive who will serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and professional experience from entry to exit, while upholding SkyJumper’s service standards. 


Key Responsibilities 

  • Guest Experience Management: Welcome guests warmly, assist with entry procedures, and provide accurate information on services, pricing, and policies  
  • Ticketing & Billing: Manage transactions via POS systems, including cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy and accountability  
  • Booking Coordination: Handle walk-in and online bookings, group reservations, and event/birthday party scheduling  
  • Customer Query Handling: Address guest concerns proactively and escalate issues when required to ensure quick resolution  
  • Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and coordinate effectively with internal teams  
  • Upselling & Revenue Support: Promote packages, memberships, merchandise, and add-on services to enhance guest experience and revenue  
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards  
  • Compliance & Safety: Follow company policies, operational guidelines, and safety protocols at all times  

 


Qualifications & Experience 


  • Diploma/ Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality preferred)  
  • 0–3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality roles  
  • Experience in amusement parks, entertainment centers, or hotels is an added advantage  
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (additional regional language is a plus)  
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office
