Experience: Minimum 6 Month experience in Telecalling

Location : Tambaram , Chennai.


Requirements:

Language Skills: Tamil and Basic English is mandatory.

Site Visit Engagement

Customer Interaction

Experience in Customer Handling , Telecalling (Having Experience in telesales and real estate Industry is an added Advantage )

scheduling and confirming site visits for interested buyer with sales teams.

Explaining project details, Pricing, Payment plans and offers

Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems, handling customer feedback and following up on leads
