Job Description
A leading manufacturer industry require a sales back office manager for Jaipur location. Jd- Sales Back Office Manager.
CTC: ₹60,000 per month
Experience: 7–10 years (Manufacturing & Foundry Industry)
Job Description:
Experience in sales coordination and back-office operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email correspondence.
Skilled in preparing reports, maintaining records, and handling customer queries.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Follow up on order and dispatch status.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve routine issues.
