Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Working Days: 6 days a week (1 weekly off)

Compensation

* Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 per month

* Sales Incentive: ₹20 for every BRIZ bottle sold (No Cap)

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Sales & Customer Engagement

* Proactively approach commuters and introduce BRIZ.

* Explain the product, its key benefits, and usage.

* Encourage product trials wherever applicable.

* Convert customer interactions into sales.

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

2. Customer Service

* Greet every customer politely and professionally.

* Assist customers with product queries.

* Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.

3. Stall Operations

* Keep the stall clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the day.

* Ensure testers and display products are always available.

* Maintain an attractive product display.

4. Inventory & Billing

* Record opening and closing stock daily.

* Report damaged or low stock immediately.

* Ensure accurate billing and cash/UPI collections.

* Avoid any inventory or cash discrepancies.

5. Discipline

* Report to work on time.

* Wear the BRIZ uniform/T-shirt during duty hours.

* Maintain professional grooming and behaviour.

* Personal mobile phone usage should be avoided during customer interactions.

6. Daily Reporting

At the end of each shift, submit:

* Total bottles sold

* Sales amount

* Opening & Closing Stock

* Cash & UPI Collection

* Customer Feedback

* Operational Issues (if any)

Incentive Structure

Sales Incentive

* ₹20 for every BRIZ bottle sold (No Cap)

Performance Bonus

* Additional ₹5,000 bonus on achieving 750 bottles sold in a month.

Bottles Sold Monthly Earnings

300 ₹14,000

500 ₹18,000

750 ₹28,000 (₹8,000 Salary + ₹15,000 Sales Incentive + ₹5,000 Bonus)

Bonus Eligibility

The ₹5,000 performance bonus will be applicable only if:

* Minimum 95% attendance is maintained.

* No cash shortages or inventory discrepancies are reported.

* Company SOPs are followed.

* Professional conduct and excellent customer service standards are maintained throughout the month.
