Production Manager – Solar Electrical Panels

📍 Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad

💰 Budget: ₹8 to ₹12 LPA

💼 Experience: 5–7 Years

🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

🏭 Industry: Solar Electrical Infrastructure Panels – ACDB / DCDB / AC Panels

We are hiring an experienced Production Manager to oversee and streamline the manufacturing of ACDB, DCDB, and AC Panels used in solar plant electrical infrastructure.

⚠️ Note: This role is related to electrical panel manufacturing, not solar PV module manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage production of ACDB, DCDB, and AC panels.

✅ Ensure smooth workflow from raw material to finished product.

✅ Handle production planning, manpower allocation, and delivery timelines.

✅ Implement SOPs and maintain quality, safety, and ISO standards.

✅ Coordinate with design, purchase, stores, site, and service teams.

✅ Resolve technical issues during production and site commissioning.

✅ Lead the production team to improve productivity, quality, and performance.

Required Skills

🎯 Strong knowledge of ACDB / DCDB / AC panel manufacturing.

🎯 Good understanding of solar inverters and electrical components.

🎯 Experience in SOP implementation, team handling, and store coordination.

🎯 Ability to read SLDs, electrical drawings, and technical specifications.

🎯 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
