Job Description

Company: Next Gen Realty

Location: Noida / Gurgaon

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and communication skills)

Experience: 1–3+ Years

About the RoleNext Gen Realty is looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business associates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive office environment.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for the sales team.
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
  • Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and document management.
  • Support HR and administrative functions when required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in real estate, hospitality, customer service, or front office management.
  • Experience handling client interactions and appointment scheduling.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Performance ExpectationsProfessional management of front desk operations.
  • Positive client and visitor experience.
