Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience and communication skills)

About the RoleNext Gen Realty is looking for a professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and business associates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist clients, visitors, and business partners in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a positive office environment.
- Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams for administrative and operational support.
- Manage office supplies and maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
- Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and document management.
- Support HR and administrative functions when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in real estate, hospitality, customer service, or front office management.
- Experience handling client interactions and appointment scheduling.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Performance ExpectationsProfessional management of front desk operations.

- Timely handling of inquiries and appointments.
