Community Manager / Floor Manager Anthill IQ Workspaces
Locations: Cunningham Road , Bangalore
Position Overview The Community Manager / Floor Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless front office operations, workspace readiness, member satisfaction, and overall facility coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, operational excellence, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a fast-paced coworking environment. Key Responsibilities • Manage front desk operations efficiently, including handling visitors, incoming calls, inquiries, and member support. • Ensure daily readiness of reception areas, meeting rooms, cabins, and common spaces. • Coordinate with housekeeping teams, technicians, security personnel, and vendors. • Support client onboarding and operational requirements. • Promote community engagement initiatives and enhance member satisfaction. • Monitor meeting room bookings and optimize workspace utilization. • Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and premium service standards. • Support management with operational reporting and coordination activities.
Candidate Requirements • Facility Management, or related fields. • Prior experience in community management, co-working spaces, front office operations, hospitality, or facility management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional appearance and confident personality. • Ability to independently manage daily operations and multitask effectively. • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting. • Immediate joiners preferred.
