Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented candidate to generate leads, connect with potential customers, schedule meetings, and support the sales team in converting opportunities into business. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong follow-up approach.
- Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling & Lead GenerationMake outbound calls to schools, colleges, corporates, dealers, distributors, and government departments.
- Generate qualified leads for Interactive Panels, Kiosks, Large Format Displays, Smart Classroom Solutions, and Furniture Projects.
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel.
- Identify customer requirements and share relevant product information.
- Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Sales Closure SupportFollow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Coordinate with customers for commercial discussions and documentation.
- Track sales opportunities from inquiry to closure.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Customer Relationship Management Maintain regular communication with customers.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Required Qualifications Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or sales coordination.
- Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
- Knowledge of government, education, or corporate sales is an added advantage.
- Skills Required Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Confidence in cold calling and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Number of calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Meetings scheduled.
- Quotations followed up.
- Sales conversion ratio.
- Revenue generated through closures.
