Interior Designer

Job Title: Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design residential interiors. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare design concepts, create 2D and 3D Designs, coordinate with execution teams, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare space planning and furniture layout designs.
• Create detailed 2D working drawings.
• Develop 3D models and realistic renderings.
• Prepare mood boards, material selections, and color schemes.
• Prepare electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, flooring, and furniture drawings.
• Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project estimates.
• Understand and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Visit project sites for measurements and design coordination.
• Coordinate with project managers, execution teams, vendors, and site engineers.
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and client requirements.
• Complete assigned projects within the given timelines.
• Attend client meetings and present design concepts.
• Maintain proper project documentation and drawing revisions.

• Good knowledge of residential interior materials and finishes.
• Knowledge of laminates, plywood, hardware, lighting, and accessories.
• Ability to read architectural and construction drawings.

Educational Qualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience 1–3 years of experience in residential interior design.
• Experience in preparing working drawings.
• Experience in 3D visualization and rendering.
• Experience in BOQ preparation and estimation.
• Experience in site coordination and vendor management.

Additional Requirements

• Must own a personal laptop.
• Laptop should have all required software installed.
• Individual should have a valid softwares.
• Laptop should support 3D modeling and rendering efficiently.
• Willingness to travel for site visits.
• Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
