We are looking for dynamic, customer-focused, and tech-savvy professionals to join our Email Support team. The role involves handling customer service, technical support, and e-commerce-related queries through email support channels while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, a keen interest in mobile technology and consumer electronics, and the ability to effectively manage customer interactions.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Handle customer queries and concerns through email support in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.

• Provide support for customer service, technical troubleshooting, and e-commerce-related issues.

• Deliver effective resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions based on established processes and guidelines.

• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the relevant teams as required.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.

• Adhere to defined quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance standards.

• Stay updated on product features, technical specifications, policies, and process updates.

• Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.

Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

• Rotational shifts for Male staff as per business requirements.
