About the RoleTruevisory Realty Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to join our growing team. We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in real estate sales, team handling, client relationship management, and business development. The ideal candidate should have leadership capabilities and the ability to drive team performance while achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Handle client interactions, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable property solutions.
- Guide team members throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to successful closure.
- Monitor daily sales activities and track team performance metrics.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and stakeholders.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance and productivity.
- Ensure timely reporting and maintain accurate sales records.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and current developments in the real estate sector.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1+ year of experience in the Real Estate Industry (mandatory).
- Prior experience in sales leadership/team handling will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a team and drive target-based performance.
- Good understanding of property sales, customer management, and closing techniques.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
