Job Description

Job Title: Personal Secretary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Personal Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, maintain records, and ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the employer's calendar, appointments, and meetings.



Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence.



Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.



Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and documents.



Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.



Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.



Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.



Handle office administration, filing, and document management.



Monitor deadlines and remind the employer of important commitments.



Assist with personal errands and special projects as required.



Manage expenses and maintain basic financial records.



Ensure effective communication between the employer and stakeholders.



Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).



Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.



Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.



Excellent written and verbal communication skills.



Strong organizational and time-management abilities.



Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.



Excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
