Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with overseas suppliers through emails and chat in simple, clear English.
  • Ask suppliers for prices, minimum order quantity, delivery time, and product details.
  • Compare prices and supplier details and update the information in MS Excel sheets.
  • Maintain basic purchase records, supplier lists, and order status trackers.
  • Follow up with suppliers for order confirmation and shipping updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for purchase orders, invoices, and delivery details.
  • Keep proper records of emails, quotations, and purchase-related documents.
  • Support the team with basic import documents like proforma invoices and packing lists.
