About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, streamline processes, drive team coordination, and ensure operational efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong reporting, analytical, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Operations Management

• Oversee and manage day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.

• Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes and SOPs.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• Identify operational gaps and implement process improvement initiatives.

2.Reporting & Data Analysis

• Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Analyze operational data and provide actionable insights for management decision-making.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.

• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports.

3.Team Coordination & Follow-Ups

• Coordinate with internal departments to track project progress and task completion.

• Ensure timely follow-ups on deliverables, deadlines, and business objectives.

• Conduct regular review meetings and maintain progress trackers.

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve operational issues efficiently.

4.Process Improvement & Compliance

• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency and productivity.

• Drive automation and optimization initiatives where applicable.

• Maintain proper documentation of processes, reports, and operational records.

• Ensure operational compliance and risk management standards are followed.
