Center Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and smart Studio Manager who has a strong understanding of interior design along with retail sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing the showroom, assisting clients with design solutions, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom/studio

• Handle walk-in clients and provide interior design consultation

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable design solutions

• Drive retail sales and achieve monthly targets

• Maintain product display, visual merchandising, and showroom aesthetics

• Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

• Maintain billing, basic documentation, and reports

Requirements:

• Experience in interior design + retail sales (showroom experience preferred)

• Strong communication and client-handling skills

• Good sense of design, materials, and space planning

• Target-oriented and sales-driven mindset

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP/billing systems
