Assistant Marketplace Manager

Job Title: Assistant Marketplace Manager / Marketplace Growth Executive

Location: Chandigarh

We are looking for a highly driven and accountable individual to support and grow our marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, Quick Commerce, and other e-commerce channels.

This role is ideal for someone with 2-4 years of marketplace experience who wants to take ownership, solve problems proactively, and grow into a Marketplace Manager role over time.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue & GrowthSupport achievement of sales targets across marketplace channels.
• Monitor category trends, pricing, and promotions.
• Identify growth opportunities and execute action plans.
• Inventory ManagementTrack inventory across marketplaces and warehouse.
• Coordinate replenishment planning and stock transfers.
• Ensure minimal stock-outs and healthy inventory levels.
• Monitor slow-moving inventory and recommend actions.
• Marketplace OperationsManage listings, catalog updates, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor account health, returns, ratings, and operational metrics.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
• Marketplace CoordinationCoordinate with marketplace POCs for issue resolution and growth opportunities.
• Follow up proactively on visibility, campaigns, and account-related matters.
• Act as a bridge between marketplaces and internal teams.
• Data Analysis & ReportingAnalyze sales performance, SKU trends, and channel performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain dashboards and tracking sheets using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Cross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with operations, warehouse, finance, and marketing teams.
• Ensure timely execution and closure of marketplace-related tasks.
• Requirements2-4 years of experience managing marketplace operations.
• Experience with Amazon and Flipkart is mandatory.
• Exposure to Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart) is preferred.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and take accountability.
