E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support inventory management and order processing operations across online marketplaces and e-commerce channels. The role involves maintaining stock records, processing orders, coordinating dispatches, managing returns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory ManagementMonitor inventory levels across various e-commerce platforms.
• Update stock quantities and maintain inventory records.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for stock reconciliation.
• Report low-stock and out-of-stock situations to management.
• Assist in inventory audits and stock verification activities.

Order Processing

• Process daily orders received from marketplaces and websites.
• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and packing lists.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.
• Track pending, cancelled, and delayed orders.
• Ensure order processing is completed within marketplace SLA timelines.

Marketplace Operations

• Monitor seller panels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, and other marketplaces.
• Update order status and maintain operational records.
• Coordinate with logistics partners regarding shipment and delivery issues.
• Resolve order-related operational issues to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Return Processing

• Process customer returns, replacements, and RTO (Return-to-Origin) orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for receipt and verification of returned products.
• Update return status across marketplace seller panels.
• Maintain records of returned inventory and ensure accurate stock adjustments.
• Identify recurring return issues and report findings to management.
• ReportingPrepare daily reports on orders, dispatches, returns, and inventory.
• Maintain operational data and records in Microsoft Excel.
• Assist management with inventory, return, and order-related analysis.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces is preferred.
