About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and carousels for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral formats, and trending audio.
• Schedule and publish content to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Manage audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Write compelling captions and platform-specific content.
• Track social media performance and share insights for improvement.
• Conduct competitor research and identify new content opportunities.

Requirements

• 0–6 months of experience (internships, freelance work, personal projects, or college activities are welcome).
• Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook etc
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar design/video editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
• Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback, and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience managing a personal brand, blog, or social media page.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideation.
• Background in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related fields.
