Job Description
Job Summary:Responsible for generating sales through PCD Pharma Franchise business, appointing distributors, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new PCD Pharma franchise opportunities.
- Generate leads through telecalling, WhatsApp, email, and online portals.
- Appoint new distributors and franchise partners across assigned territories.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure regular order flow.
- Explain product range, monopoly rights, schemes, and promotional support.
- Handle customer queries regarding pricing, stock availability, and dispatch status.
- Coordinate with accounts, billing, and logistics teams for timely delivery.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors' activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Follow up with inactive customers and convert inquiries into business.
- Provide market feedback and suggest new product opportunities.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and PCD Pharma business.
- Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Telecalling and customer handling skills
