Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat) – Location: Work From Home

Process: Customer Support (50% Voice | 50% Chat)

Job DescriptionWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team. The role involves handling customer queries through both voice and chat channels, ensuring prompt resolution and delivering an excellent customer experience.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer interactions via voice calls and chat support.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues efficiently.
  • Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Follow company processes and compliance guidelines.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets.
  • Eligibility CriteriaFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
  • Must have a personal laptop/desktop and stable Wi-Fi connection.
  • System RequirementsIntel Core i3 processor or above.
  • Minimum 4 GB RAM.
  • Reliable broadband internet connection.

Salary & BenefitsFreshers

  • CTC: ₹19,000/month
  • In-hand: ₹15,410/month

Experienced Candidates
