Job Description
Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Delhi NCR
About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to promote and sell residential and commercial properties. This is a high-income opportunity for ambitious professionals who want to build a successful career in real estate.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through calls, references, social media, and field activities.
- Connect with potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct site visits for clients.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- EligibilityMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience in real estate, insurance, banking, automobiles, or direct sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude can also apply.
- Own vehicle is preferred.
