Position: Field Executive
💰 Salary & Benefits
In-Hand Salary: ₹21,000 per month
CTC Benefits: ₹3,000 per month
Travel Allowance (TA): ₹150 per day
Daily Allowance (DA): ₹75 per day
🎯 Job Responsibilities
Visit assigned retail outlets and market areas in Gurugram.
Promote and ensure availability of Panasonic products.
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Execute product visibility and merchandising activities.
Collect market feedback and competitor information.
Ensure proper stock availability at retail outlets.
Achieve daily productivity and reporting requirements.
Submit daily visit and sales reports to the reporting manager.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 Year FMCG Field Sales Experience.
Must own a Bike with a valid Driving License.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of retail market operations.
