Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Female Operations Executive to support our gemstone operations. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, possess good coordination skills, and be comfortable handling day-to-day operational tasks related to gemstones.

• Key Responsibilities
• Source gemstones from vendors and suppliers as per business requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and smooth communication.
• Assist in gemstone pricing and maintain pricing records whenever required.
• Maintain accurate entries of gemstones, purchases, stock, and related operational data.
• Organize and update inventory and operational records.
• Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow.
• Work closely with internal teams to fulfill business requirements.
• Perform basic gemstone-related operational tasks and documentation.
• Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of gemstones is preferred (training can be provided).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
