About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate professional to join our team as a Patient Experience Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for graduates who possess exceptional communication skills and a genuine passion for creating outstanding patient experiences. You will serve as an important part of our practice, ensuring every patient interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and excellence.


Key Responsibilities


Patient Engagement & Scheduling

* Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency to schedule patient appointments

* Confirm and coordinate appointment schedules, ensuring optimal time management.

* Maintain accurate and organized appointment records and reviews from patients.

Front Desk Excellence

* Welcome and greet patients with courtesy and professionalism creating a warm, inviting atmosphere that puts patients at ease

* Manage patient flow and ensure minimal wait times

* Handle patient inquiries and provide necessary information with clarity


Medication & Product Dispensing

* Dispense prescribed medications and orthosis accurately under physician supervision after ensuring documentation.

* Maintain organized pharmacy inventory (training will be provided)

Patient Care Follow-Up

* Conduct follow-up calls with patients post-consultation to assess their progress

* Document patient feedback and communicate relevant information to the physician

* Build lasting relationships that enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty


Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

* Bachelor's degree in any discipline


Essential Skills

* Excellent English Communication: Fluent verbal and written English with clarity, accent neutrality, and professional articulation 

* Good interpersonal skills with a polite, patient, and empathetic demeanor

* Professional telephone etiquette and patient listening skills

* Basic computer literacy and comfort with scheduling software

Compensation Package

* Annual Salary: ₹2,50,000 per annum

* Annual Increment: Guaranteed 10% salary increase every year

* Timely Payment: Salary disbursed on or before the 3rd of every month

Work Schedule

* Shift Timing: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
