Job Description
Recruit and onboard new agents/advisors.
Train and motivate agents on products and sales processes.
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Build strong relationships with agents and key partners.
Monitor agent performance and provide regular support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation requirements.
Prepare sales reports and market feedback.
