Job Summary:-

The E-commerce Return Management Executive is responsible for managing the complete return process across all marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, AJIO, etc.). The role involves receiving, verifying, scanning, reconciling, quality checking, and updating returned products while ensuring 100% accuracy in inventory and return records.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Receive and verify all returned shipments from courier partners.
• Count and reconcile all return packages before OTP verification.
• Scan every return package and complete the receiving process.
• Ensure returns are segregated marketplace-wise and account-wise.
• Verify return Excel sheets against the physical packages.
• Perform Quality Check (QC) on all returned products.
• Categorize products as Pass, Damage, Used, Defective, or Reject.
• Update return status in ERP/WMS/Excel accurately.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse and Inventory teams for stock updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly return reports.
• Identify missing, extra, or short-received packages and report discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs during the return process.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all return transactions.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve return-related issues.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of operational data.

Required Skills:-

• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Basic Formulas).
• Understanding of E-commerce return operations.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail.
