Job Description
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance procedures and standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality requirements.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and quality documents.
- Conduct stage-wise and final quality inspections.
- Investigate quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Prepare NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) and CAPA reports.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and QC departments to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product quality.
