E-commerce Logistics Coordinator – Work From Home

Company: Hardev Enterprises

Profile: E-commerce Logistics Coordinator

Work Type: Work From Home

Timing: सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 7:00 बजे तक

Requirement: Laptop अनिवार्य है

SalaryTraining Period में Fixed Salary ₹10,000 से ₹12,500 तक रहेगी।

2nd Month से Basic Fixed Salary ₹15,000 रहेगी।

Target और Performance के अनुसार Incentive Based Salary ₹50,000 तक हो सकती है।

  1. मुख्य जिम्मेदारियांइस profile का main work Delhivery panel और logistics panel work संभालना रहेगा।
  2. Courier partner Delhivery के shipment panel, NDR panel, OFD updates, RTO, Claim, Lost और Damage cases को properly manage करना।
  3. Ayurvedic medicine orders के लिए Pre-calling verification करना या करवाना।
  4. केवल confirmed orders को ही dispatch के लिए आगे बढ़ाना।
  5. NDR orders में customer से बात करके courier panel में सही update देना।
  6. OFD shipments की tracking करना और customer coordination करना या करवाना।
  7. Calling work में जरूरत पड़ने पर एक और executive से assistance मिल सकती है, लेकिन panel updates और logistics coordination की main responsibility Logistics Coordinator की रहेगी।
  8. Team की tracking queries को solve करना या करवाना।
  9. सभी tracking updates Team Leader को tracking sheet के माध्यम से देना।
  10. रोज लगभग 100 calls का coordination रहेगा, जिसमें Pre-calling, NDR, OFD और logistics follow-up शामिल होंगे।
  11. कौन आवेदन कर सकता हैकेवल serious और responsible candidates apply करें।
  12. Candidate की communication skills अच्छी होनी चाहिए।
  13. Logistics या E-commerce का basic knowledge होना चाहिए।
  14. Delhivery panel पर पहले काम किया हो तो candidate को preference दी जाएगी।
  15. Candidate को panel work, tracking, calling coordination और logistics follow-up में active रहना होगा।
  16. Laptop और stable internet connection जरूरी है।
  17. Selection ProcessWhatsApp पर apply करें।
  18. WhatsApp Group join करना होगा।
  19. Google Meet पर basic discussion होगा।
  20. Final Personal Interview के बाद selection किया जाएगा।

Note: यह role mainly panel work और logistics coordination का है। Calling work में support मिल सकता है, लेकिन Delhivery panel updates, shipment tracking और team coordination की responsibility candidate को seriously handle करनी होगी।
