SRS Advisory Private Limited is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Operations to lead and manage a team of field executives engaged in loan recovery and debt collection. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in collections, and the ability to drive team performance while ensuring compliance with debt recovery regulations. Candidates with a valid DRA Certificate and a two-wheeler will be preferred.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

👥 Lead and supervise a team of field collection executives to achieve monthly recovery targets

📈 Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and ensure continuous improvement

💰 Manage recovery of various loan products, including EMI collections, while maintaining high recovery efficiency

📋 Allocate daily cases, track field activities, and review collection reports

🤝 Visit clients when required to resolve escalated recovery cases and negotiate repayment plans

⚖️ Ensure all recovery activities comply with RBI guidelines, debt collection laws, and company policies

🚀 Motivate the team to achieve collection targets while maintaining professional customer interactions

📊 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management

🔍 Conduct regular field visits to monitor executive performance and provide operational support

🤝 Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth collection operations

💰 Salary:

💵 Fixed Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 (As per Skill & Experience)

💸 Incentive: ₹40,000+ (Based on Performance)
