Job Description
Role OverviewWe are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily business operations, client relationship management, meeting coordination, recruitment support, accounts coordination, and business growth initiatives.
- Key Responsibilities1. Director Support & CoordinationManage the Director's daily schedule, appointments, and calendar.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and follow-up actions.
- Handle calls, emails, and communication on behalf of the Director.
- Maintain confidentiality of business information.
- 2. Client Relationship ManagementCoordinate with clients, investors, developers, and channel partners.
- Schedule client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients.
- Maintain client database and relationship records.
- Support the Director during negotiations and closure discussions.
- 3. Sales & Business Development SupportAssist in property presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for lead tracking.
- Monitor lead status and closure progress.
- Prepare business reports and performance updates.
- Support business expansion and revenue-generation initiatives.
- 4. Recruitment & HR SupportCoordinate hiring requirements across departments.
- Schedule interviews and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate joining formalities and induction processes.
- 5. Accounts & Administration SupportCoordinate with the accounts team for invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
- Maintain records of business expenses and vendor payments.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of business records.
- 6. Business Growth InitiativesResearch market opportunities and competitor activities.
- Support strategic planning and new business initiatives.
- Coordinate partnerships, networking events, and investor meetings.
- Assist in preparing presentations and business proposals.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi (preferred).
- Strong client handling and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Professional appearance and business etiquette.
- Experience in Real Estate, Construction, Sales, or Business Operations preferred.
- QualificationGraduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Client Relationship Executive, or Business Coordinator.
- Performance ExpectationsDaily meeting scheduling and follow-up.
- Client meeting coordination and closure support.
- Recruitment support and employee coordination.
- Business reporting and operational support.
- Active contribution toward company growth and business development.
