Job Description
Job Summary
The Travel Operations Executive is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end operations of holiday packages, ensuring seamless travel experiences for customers. The role involves handling bookings, Documentation, supplier coordination, itinerary management, customer support, and resolving operational issues while maintaining high service standards.
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education: Any graduate degree
Language Skills: Good verbal fluency in English and Hindi
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred
Key Responsibilities
Holiday Package Operations
Coordinate and execute holiday bookings.
Process hotel, flight, transfer, sightseeing, cruise, and documents arrangements.
Prepare and verify travel itineraries, vouchers, and travel documents.
Ensure all bookings are confirmed accurately and within specified timelines.
Customer Service
Provide pre-departure and post-booking support to customers.
Address customer queries regarding itineraries, travel requirements, and travel services.
Handle travel disruptions, amendments, cancellations, and emergency situations efficiently.
Reservation & Documentation
Maintain accurate booking records in the company's reservation system.
Verify travel documents, visa requirements, and passenger information.
Generate invoices, confirmations, vouchers, and travel packs.
Coordination & Quality Control
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed bookings.
Conduct quality checks on all travel arrangements before customer departure.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare operational reports and booking status updates.
Track payments, supplier invoices, and customer balances.
Maintain records of operational costs and profitability.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of travel destinations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Understanding of destination management and supplier contracting.
Additional language skills are an advantage.
