We work 6 days a week, timing 9 AM to 6 PM & Sunday Holiday.

Basic requirement: Fluent English Speaking, Good Typing speed & preferably Kannada Speaking, knowledge of MS Excel with V Lookup, PIVO Table, Spread sheet, Table sum Formulas & Microsoft Outlook Emails.

Roles & Responsibilities

ü Developing and implementing procurement strategies and policies for cost optimization and enhancing supply chain efficiency.

ü Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness and adherence to ethical and sustainability standards.

ü Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing, payment terms and mutually beneficial agreements.

ü Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.

ü Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, supplier capabilities and pricing fluctuations.

ü Managing supplier relationships, including ongoing performance evaluation, issue resolution and fostering long-term partnerships.

ü Monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand patterns and implementing inventory management strategies to manage stock levels and avoid shortages or excesses.

ü Implement procurement systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

ü Source and negotiate with potential suppliers, assess their capabilities and evaluate their suitability based on predefined criteria.

ü Manage supplier relationships, including regular communication, performance evaluations and issue resolution.

ü Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop procurement plans accordingly.

ü Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts and consumption patterns to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs.

ü Continuously evaluate and improve procurement practices, including identifying cost-saving opportunities and process enhancements.

ü Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, performance metrics and cost savings to higher management.

ü Develop and maintain procurement metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement and report on sourcing effectiveness.

ü Implement sustainable and socially responsible strategic sourcing practices, including supporting local suppliers and promoting ethical sourcing.

ü Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to sourcing activities.

We are not consultancy firm, it's direct hiring for V- Tronik Innovation LLP, We don't take any fees & it's not on contract.

We have work place current location Peenya and it is temporary for next 1-2 months,

Later we moving to Infantry Rd city Near Vidhan Soudha, If suitable do share the Resume / CV and confirm.

Provision is there currently to work from Co-Work Space at Infantry Road for 1-2 Months till such office space get ready
