- Job purpose

To conduct field market surveys to identify and generate high quality leads, ensuring the venue’s sales pipeline remains robust and aligned with business objectives. The role involves collaborating with the Tele and Sales team to refine lead generation strategies, maintain accurate data and contribute to overall revenue growth for the venue Key responsibilities

Market Survey & Lead Generation

•

Conduct market research and on ground surveys to identify potential customers and understand market trends

•

Visit assigned geographic locations, engage with potential customers and collect relevant data for lead generation.

•

Ensure lead generation from multiple sources to ensure deeper market penetration.

Data Collection & Management

•

Maintain accurate and up to date records of customer information and survey results

•

Input collected data into CRM systems and ensure its accuracy for further processing by the tele team

Collaboration with other teams

•

Work closely with the tele and sales teams to develop and refine survey strategies and lead generation campaigns

•

Coordinate with the tele team to pass on qualified leads and provide insights for effective follow ups.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

•

Build rapport with potential customers to create trust and interest in the organization’s offerings

•

Act as the initial touchpoint to introduce customers to the organization Job Description

Continuous Improvement

•

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and survey activities.

•

Contribute to enhancing lead generation efficiency

Undergo training sessions to improve lead generation effectiveness

Job requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

•

Prior experience in market research, lead generation is an advantage

•

Proficiency in local language(s) and willingness to travel extensively

Functional and Behavioral requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•

Problem solving and adaptability in diverse market conditions

•

Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
