We are hiring a motivated E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace presence at Growest India.

## Job Overview

## Key Responsibilities

* Listing Management: Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.

* Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels daily to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.

* Order Processing: Oversee incoming orders, coordinate with logistics, and ensure timely dispatch.

* Pricing & Promotions: Update product pricing, launch discounts, and manage promotional campaigns.

* Account Health: Monitor seller metrics, resolve listing errors, and maintain excellent account health.

* Data Analysis: Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates to create weekly reports. [2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

## Requirements

* Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience handling e-commerce marketplace seller panels.

* Skills: Strong understanding of e-commerce algorithms, keyword research, and inventory management tools.

* Technical: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic data analysis.

* Location: Must be able to commute to our office in Malad West.
