Job Description
Job roles and responsibilities :
- Engage with walk in customers at assigned bank branches.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable investment products
- Genarate sales by promoting investment solutions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Ensure compliance with branch staff to maximize customer engagement
- Coordinate with branch staff to maximize customer engagement
Eligibility criteria:
- NISM Certification is mandatory ( plz do not apply if you do not have the certification.)
- Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in BFSI is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales aptitude and customer- centric approach
- Proficiency in english, hindi and marathi
- Willingness to work from assigned bank branch nearest to the candidate's residence
- Comfortable selling investment and wealth management products.
