Back Office Executive FOR SCHOOL

Role Includes:

• Teaching and mentoring children

• School coordination and parent communication

• Student admissions and enrollment support

• Fee collection and follow-ups

• Fundraising for education of underprivileged children

• Donor outreach and relationship management

• Calling and meeting individual donors, CSR partners, and supporters

• Sharing impact stories and project updates with donors

• Organizing fundraising campaigns and donation drives

• Event planning and management

• Office administration and documentation

• Regular visits to our learning centres in slum communities

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with children, willing to learn, travel, communicate confidently, and take ownership of different responsibilities.

Fundraising is a key part of this role. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with donors, explaining our mission, seeking support for children's education, following up on commitments, maintaining donor records, and helping build long-term relationships with supporters.
