Job Description

Generate new PCD Pharma franchise business through outbound calls and lead generation.

Appoint new distributors, stockists, and franchise partners across India.

Handle incoming customer enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.

Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders.

Explain product range, pricing, promotional schemes, and monopoly rights to customers.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Follow up on quotations, payments, and order confirmations.

Coordinate with dispatch, billing, and logistics teams for timely order delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.

Resolve customer queries professionally and provide excellent after-sales support.

Keep updated with new product launches, market trends, and competitor activities.
