Job Description

Technolite Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Sales Executive (Telesales) for its Hinjewadi, Pune office. The role involves handling outbound and inbound sales calls, promoting Smart QR Code solutions and the CONNECTit App, maintaining CRM records, following up with leads, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic CRM knowledge, and sales confidence. Graduation is required, while telesales experience is preferred. Salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 plus incentives based on performance,.We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Executive (Telesales) to promote and sell Smart QR Code solutions and the CONNECTit App through outbound and inbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer follow-ups, CRM management, and achieving sales targets.
