Job Description
Coordinate domestic and international tour operations.
Handle hotel, transport, sightseeing, and activity bookings.
Prepare and manage travel itineraries and travel documents.
Liaise with vendors, DMCs, airlines, and travel partners.
Ensure timely confirmation and execution of travel services.
Resolve operational issues and provide customer support during travel.
Monitor booking status and maintain operational records.
Coordinate with the sales team for package execution.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Prepare operational reports and MIS when required.
