Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand students' academic goals and recommend suitable courses and colleges.
- Generate and qualify leads from different sources.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing accurate guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the counseling and admissions team to ensure a smooth admission process.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
