Job Responsibilities:

Sell health insurance policies to individuals and families.

Explain insurance plans, benefits, terms, and conditions to customers.

Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

Generate leads through calls, references, and field visits.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Help customers with policy documentation and claim process.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Stay updated with new insurance products and market trends.

Qualification:

Minimum 10th Pass / Graduate preferred

Experience in sales/insurance is a plus

ग्राहक की जरूरत समझकर सही प्लान सुझाना।

कॉल, रेफरेंस और फील्ड विजिट के माध्यम से नए ग्राहक बनाना।

ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना।

पॉलिसी डॉक्यूमेंटेशन और क्लेम प्रक्रिया में सहायता करना।

मासिक बिक्री लक्ष्य पूरा करना।

नए इंश्योरेंस प्रोडक्ट्स और मार्केट ट्रेंड की जानकारी रखना।

जरूरी स्किल्स:

अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल

सेल्स और समझाने की क्षमता

ग्राहक संभालने की क्षमता

बेसिक कंप्यूटर ज्ञान

टीमवर्क और आत्मविश्वास

योग्यता:

न्यूनतम 10वीं पास / ग्रेजुएट वरीयता

सेल्स या इंश्योरेंस का अनुभव लाभदायक
