Job Summary :

SEA NEWS is looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Head to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the media industry, marketing strategies, brand management, and client relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase the reach and visibility of SEA NEWS across various platforms.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, branding activities, and audience engagement initiatives.

Identify new business opportunities and support revenue growth through effective marketing efforts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, corporate clients, agencies, and business partners.

Manage digital marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and content marketing activities.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.

Coordinate with editorial, sales, and production teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic reports with actionable insights.

Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing within the media industry.

Strong knowledge of media marketing, branding, advertising, and digital marketing.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.

Strong analytical, leadership, and team management skills.
