Job Description

Operations Executive – Online Education & Student Success

Looking for a proactive and organised Operations Executive to support our daily operations. The role involves handling parent enquiries, following up on leads, scheduling demo and regular classes, coordinating with teachers, maintaining student records, and ensuring a smooth learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
  • Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp communication
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, or administration (preferred)
